Privacy and cookies

Your photos and answers are health data. We hold them in the UK, use them to give you an answer and book your visit, and share them only as described here.

What we collect

Your contact details, date of birth, postcode, the answers and photos you send, any quote or X-ray, booking and payment records, outcomes and scans uploaded by the practice, and your ratings.

Three separate consents

• Care: needed to check your case and book your visit.
• Secondary use: off unless you switch it on. Lets anonymised records improve the screen.
• Marketing: off unless you switch it on.

Who sees what

• The screening dentist: your photos and answers, never which practice you choose.
• The practice you book: your briefing, and your name and contact once they accept.
• Your employer or insurer: anonymised totals only, never your dental details.

Where it is stored

UK-region servers, encrypted. Each practice signs a data processing agreement.

Your rights

Download or delete your data from Account and plan in the app. Share links to your record expire after 14 days and you can revoke them.
